Day 1
Ephesians 5:21-25
Today, we begin by considering the revolutionary concept of mutual submission as outlined inEphesians. This concept is not about losing oneself, but about willingly offering oneself in love,emulating Christ's own sacrificial love for the church. Authority is redefined not as control, but as anopportunity to serve and uplift others, reflecting the heart of Jesus.

By doing this, we affirm that true authority inspires love, brings justice, and workscollectively towards God’s purpose. It is a reminder that our calling is to reflect Jesus in everyinteraction.

This teaching challenges us to redefine our understanding of power. As disciples of Jesus, we arecalled to seek out humble service as the highest form of leadership. It prompts us to consider howwe can actively participate in building communities rooted in Jesus’ life-giving love and service.
