What is Freestyle Summer Camp?
Freestyle is a high-energy day camp for elementary-aged kids, hosted right here at United! Instead of traveling away for camp, Woodlands brings the full camp experience to you packed with games, worship, friendships, and life-changing moments. Kids will experience everything they love about camp without ever leaving home.

Time: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM daily
Location: 1775 Water Place, Atlanta, GA 30339
Ages: Elementary School Students (K - 5th grade)
Cost: $249
Registration Deadline: May 24
Quick Highlights:
Monday 6/15: Check-in begins at 8 AM to allow additional registration time
Bring your own lunch (snacks provided)
Campers go home each night (sleep in their own bed!)

Special Needs Support
Host a Camp Counselor This Summer
One of the most meaningful ways to support camp is by opening your home to our staff. We're looking for families willing to serve as host homes for the counselors leading camp week, June 15–19.
Host families would provide:
Housing for at least 3 staff members (June 14–20)
Breakfast each morning
Dinner each evening (the church covers Sunday & Thursday)
A warm, restful space to recharge after long camp days
A few things to know:
Staff leave early each morning and have an 11:00 pm lights-out
Transportation to and from camp is provided
Food allergies and dietary needs will be communicated in advance
If possible, staff should have a bathroom separate from children in the home
In mixed-gender host homes, bedrooms should be on separate floors
Hosting is a behind-the-scenes role that makes a real difference. Your generosity frees our staff to show up each day rested and ready to serve.

No. Freestyle is a day camp experience. Campers are picked up each afternoon and sleep in their own beds at home.

No. Campers should bring a packed, school-safe lunch each day. Snacks are provided during camp.

Yes! Campers will have water activities every day, except Friday. To cut down on changing time, we recommend arriving in a swimsuit. Be sure to bring some dry clothes to change into afterward.

Each day includes worship, games, small group time, Bible teaching, free time activities, snacks, and a closing rally before pickup at 4:00 PM.

We will have medical professional volunteers onsite for the week to oversee any specific medical needs of the campers. In the event of an emergency, emergency services will be notified immediately.
