Yes! Candypalooza is a free community event for the whole family. Registration is required, but there is no cost to attend. Food trucks will be available onsite for purchase.

Yes. Every family should register in advance to help us prepare for the event and make check-in as quick and easy as possible. Registration is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot!

Yes! Costumes are encouraged and we’ll even have a costume runway during the event. Come dressed as your favorite character, animal, superhero, or anything fun and family-friendly. Since the event takes place outdoors in late October, we also recommend dressing in layers.

Yes. We’ll have a designated allergy-friendly station with non-food treats.

Much of the event is located under covered areas, so we’ll be able to keep the fun going even if the weather doesn't cooperate.

Yes! Free parking is available on-site. We strongly recommend arriving early and following the directions from our Parking Team when you arrive.

Your family's safety is a top priority. The event will have volunteers and staff throughout the property, including teams focused on parking, traffic, first aid, and helping families. There will also be a designated lost-child location in the atrium.

If you become separated from your child, immediately find a United Church team member or head to the designated Lost Child / First Aid indoors. Our team will be prepared to help reunite families quickly.

Yes! Strollers are welcome, although some areas may be crowded during peak times. We recommend bringing a stroller that is easy to maneuver through a busy event.

No, Candypalooza is a free community event designed for families to enjoy a fun fall evening together. You don't need to attend United Church to come and there is no service or program you need to participate in.
